Anti-Trust Compliance Notice

Under the long-established policy of Carroll County Association of REALTORS®, Inc., the Maryland Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®,

  • Anti-trust compliance requires there will be NO discussion of commission amounts or percentages other than “X”. 
  • There will be no discussion or disparaging comments pertaining to another Broker’s business practice.
  • Anything said or discussed that is in conflict with your office’s policy should be discussed with your manager or broker.

Time & Attendance Policy

Attendance Pursuant to the Maryland Real Estate Commission

  • A participant must be present for the entire session in order to receive Continuing Education Credits PLEASE BE ON TIME
  • This includes breaks MREC does not allow a grace period


Electronic & Unrelated Reading Policy

Electronic & Unrelated Reading Material Pursuant to the Maryland Real Estate Commission

  • Once a class has begun, receiving, sending, or reading electronic transmissions of information is strictly prohibited.
  • Please refrain from using electronic devices and reading unrelated material during the course.
  • Non-Compliance will result in the Withholding of continuing education credits & No refunds will be given.

1.) Licensing (click on ‘Licensing’ Tab at the top)

2.) Real Estate Commission (Board & Commissions List on the left. Scroll to the correct link)

3.) Education & For Educators (Features List on the left. Scroll to the correct link)

4.) Verify Credits Earned (click on the link)

5.) Enter your License/Registration number & password (you may need to create an account)

6.) View your uploaded CE

7.) Add to your FAVORITES so that you only need to do these steps once.
